With the Big Pilot’s Watch Big Date Edition “150 Years”, for the first time ever, IWC presents a Pilot’s Watch with a date display featuring large numerals. This model is available in a limited edition of 150 watches and has a stainless steel case, a blue dial with a lacquered finish, and rhodium-plated hands. It is powered by the hand-wound IWC-manufactured 59235 calibre with a power reserve of 8 days. The large date display consists of two discs, the first disc shows the tens, the second one the single digits. To retain the typically uncluttered style of the Pilot’s Watches, the power reserve display was transferred to the back and the soft-iron inner case to protect against magnetic fields, is fitted with a porthole.
