In Montblanc’s Le Locle and Villeret Manufactures in the Swiss Alps, superbly intricate movements are crafted in house by master watchmakers to form the heart of every chronograph. Innovative complications and exquisite adornments are meticulously shaped with skill and dedication to perfect each watch. From hairspring and balance bearing to pallet fork, in over 300 hours of dedicated focus all the elements are brought into singular harmony, and with the first turn of its movement, a watch comes to life and a journey begins.

The Story

The Montblanc Tradition Date Automatic shows both a distinctive Montblanc design expression as well as classic watchmaking codes. The stainless steel case with rose gold bezel features the typical Montblanc straight horns and a new distinctive double shaped bezel with a domed sapphire glass. The design expresses classical watchmaking codes such as the white dial with rose gold-plated Roman numerals and a prominent Roman “XII”. The traditional railway minuterie and the classically shaped rose gold-plated hands complete this elegant appearance.
